Elizabeth Saltzman graduated from the American Film Institute in the fall of 2017 with an MFA in Film Editing and received her BA in Cinema Studies from Oberlin College in 2013. While at Oberlin, Elizabeth also studied at Prague Film School and spent a summer at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, honing her filmmaking skills. She has held internships at numerous production companies and served as an executive assistant. Elizabeth then became the Development and Marketing Associate of River City Brass, a professional brass band rooted in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, for whom she produced and edited commercial spots as well as promotional videos. During her time at the American Film Institute, Elizabeth cut six short films and two thesis films. She most recently worked as Assistant Editor at a trailer house, as a Post Production Assistant for a feature film, and continues cutting short films and online content. She currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
