Maya Margolina is an NYC based, Uzbekistan born, Webby award winning director and music supervisor.

She’s founded and run the video departments at multiple media companies including Glossier, Into The Gloss and Condé Nast Entertainment, Allure. Her work has been featured on Vogue, Teen Vogue, Dazed & Confused Magazine, Fader, Complex, among others. Her specialty lies somewhere in the Venn diagram of genuine, beautiful human interaction, fashion, beauty and comedy. 

Maya is committed to excellence on set which usually means a diverse production and post crew.
