Her debut film, COPWATCH, was nominated for Best Documentary at the Tribeca Film Festival and the Stockholm International Film Festival in 2017. Tribeca Studios and 23andMe commissioned her to create a short documentary film that showcased at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2019. Her narrative/ documentary hybrid film, An Everyday Problem, premiered with The Video Consortium and was part of the global documentary showcase for The United States of Women. She directed the 2018 marketing campaign for Film2Future and is in development on two new feature documentaries. She was selected for the Sundance Women in Film Financing Intensive Workshop in 2018. She worked as a journalist for the Financial Times and Bloomberg News in the Middle East for five years and covered Wall Street in New York before leaving to start her filmmaking career. She teaches documentary at the American Film Institute and mentors a number of young filmmakers.
