Aude Cuenod began her career as a camera PA on feature films including “Beasts of the Southern Wild” and “Higher Ground”. The latest short film Aude wrote and directed, “Scrap Dolls,” world premiered at the 2017 San Francisco International Film Festival and had its International premiere at the 2017 International Short Film festival Oberhausen where it won the Children’s Jury Prize. “Scrap Dolls” has been an official selection at over 30 film festivals around the world and won 5 prizes.

Aude was born in France and moved to the USA at a young age. She has a BA in Film Studies from Wesleyan University where her thesis film was made with a student grant awarded by the National Board of Review and received the Stephen J. Ross Prize for Best Film at Wesleyan. At McCann New York, Aude has made branded content videos for L’Oréal, Ulta Beauty, Mastercard, and Chick-fil-A, among others.

Aude currently lives in NYC and is a member of Cinefemme.
