Stephanie Taylor is a versatile and highly creative composer whose work has attracted a number of high profile clients in the world of TV, Film, Games and Advertising.
Her work has featured extensively on BAFTA- winning series ‘Grand Designs’ (C4) and ‘House of the Year’ (C4). As well as music featuring on ‘The One Show’ (BBC) and countless ad campaigns and promos. She has scored award winning and nominated films which have showcased in the UK and internationally, including the short, ‘Cycle’ which was also recently nominated for ‘Best Music’ at Underwire Film Festival. The short ‘Three Women Wait For Death’ (directed by Isabelle Sieb and written by BAFTA-nominated writer Nat Luurtsema) won the Chris Collins Best of British Live Action award at the Oscar and BAFTA-qualifying Encounters Film Festival 2016. It was also long-listed for the Best British Short Film BAFTA 2017.
Stephanie studied as an undergraduate in music at Paul McCartney’s LIPA, and gained a masters degree at the prestigious NFTS. Most recently she’s written the music for the documentary on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ‘100 Days Married’ shown on Channel 5, and taken the indie game Misfolded which she scored, to EGX 2018.”
