Stephanie Leah Evans is a composer for stage and screen who recently graduated Summa Cum Laude as a Music Major and Film & Media Studies Minor from Tufts University. Having also studied multimedia scoring at the Berklee College of Music in Valencia, Spain, she is proficient in creating MIDI mock-ups using Digital Performer. She is currently in the process of familiarizing herself with Logic Pro X as well.

Her other interests include music direction and preparation (making her quite skilled in notation software, such as Sibelius and Finale) and vocal performance (which greatly informs her abilities in vocal writing and arranging). Stephanie is also very passionate about the intersection between film music and psychology. Her undergraduate research in this subject gives her a keen understanding of the emotional functions of instrumentation and harmony. Additionally, she is a huge advocate for the increase of female-identifying people in the film business and looks forward to connecting with others with the same vision.

Stephanie is based in Boston, MA but is accessible to Connecticut and New York, if needed.
