Marianthe Bezzerides
Marianthe’s work can be heard in films such as BattleForce (Lionsgate), videogames such as Call of Duty and Need for Speed, and for titles from Electronic Arts, Sega, Activision, Legacy Interactive and Ubisoft. She has licensed songs for My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Project Runway, Quest for the One (NBC Sports) and Forbes Travel. One of the first staff composers at SomaTone Interactive Audio, her work spans across all major game platforms including Nintendo DS, Facebook, and Apple/Android. Most recently she scored a commercial spot for Under Armour directed by Jerry White, an emerging filmmaker.
She’s collaborated repeatedly with directors of films and documentaries enjoying widespread distribution; Crimes and Mister Meanors and The Solomon Bunch, directed by Jason Prisk; Dino Costa: Truth Unscripted (Amazon Prime), directed by Joel Franco; and Backyard, directed by Deia Schlosberg, which won a College Emmy and Humanitarian Award.
Graduating with a B.A. in Music Composition from Loyola Marymount University and a Masters degree in Music Composition from the Cole Conservatory of Music at CSULB, her devotion to music is evident in her life-long experience. She plays piano, guitar and violin.
She participated in the BMI Composing for the Screen Workshop led by veteran composer, Rick Baitz.
