Kirsten Morrison is a composer and singer, and is classically trained with a BMus, MA, and diploma in music for film. She has worked extensively as a composer and singer, and has written and performed in many musical genres, including classical, pop, opera and theatre, as well as for film, tv, commercials and radio. She has had her music commissioned by the BBC, Channel 4, Sky TV and Radio 4 and has had her operas performed at the Arcola, Kings Head and Bridewell Theatres in London as well as at several festivals. She also sings and performs her own music internationally. Her last album “Proserpine’s Gold” was well received and received airplay on both BBC6 and BBC Radio 3. Kirsten also plays and tours with the Lene Lovich Band. She is a member of BASCA.
