Jessica Dannheisser is a British composer known for her work in film, VR, television, theater and contemporary music.
Recent scores include BBC One drama documentary Suffragettes with Lucy Worsley and Sky VR’s groundbreaking virtual reality experience, Hold The World, featuring Sir David Attenborough in London’s Natural History Museum. Other scores include the Emmy award-winning documentary WWII From Space; comedy drama, Eric Ernie & Me; historical drama documentary series, Six Wives; and the comedy series Siblings. Jessica has received several PRS funding awards for her work in theatre, including for The Tempest at the Barbican Centre, and has been nominated for two Music And Sound Awards for her work composing commercial music.
As an arranger she has worked with many artists including Bryan Ferry, Kasabian & The Cinematic Orchestra. She also orchestrated Mica Levi’s Ivor-Novello award winning, Oscar-nominated score for Jackie.
