Ariane Zita is a self-taught singer, composer, and songwriter. Hailing from Montreal, she works principally in film and advertising. Despite her young age, her many years of experience shine through her expertly arranged texts and melodies, which reveal a high level of sophistication and sensibility, be they in French, English, or German.
She combines her skills as a violinist, singer and pianist to create unique works that are imbued with a personal, harmonious touch.
Among her clients, one can find internationally acclaimed organizations and companies, such as Chaumet Paris, Renault, McCain, and Doctors without Borders, for whom she created the music for the 2016 Scalpel campaign (Olivier Staub – Publicis Paris). Filmed in South Africa, the promotional film Scalpel amazed many with Ariane Zita’s hearty, moving arrangement and interpretation of Sam and Dave’s 1966 succes Hold On I’m Coming. The campaign was selected for the Act Responsible exhibition, which was held during the Cannes Lions Festival in 2017.
Having recently given birth to her first child, she emerges from her maternity leave more determined than ever to leave her mark on the world of film and advertisement, be it on the local scene or on an international level.
