Faith Millin
Raised in London, Faith’s love for colour began in the dark rooms at London College of Communication (UAL) during her BA in Photography.
It was here that she developed not only a sharp eye for colour, but also a love for the way colour influences narrative and emotion in image-making. After beginning her career in production for companies including Endemol, Celador and Sony Pictures, Faith trained and worked as an assistant to a cinematographer as well as a DIT and editor. During this time, she directed an award-winning feature documentary about the pirate radio scene in London (produced by Andrea Gelardin of Lobster Eye), before choosing to specialise in colour grading.
Since establishing herself as a colourist, Faith has been in demand with global brands such as NIKE, Adidas, Stella McCartney, Selfridges, Hugo Boss, Mr Porter, CHLOE and Marc Jacobs. Working predominately in fashion advertising, Faith has also graded music promos for Lady Gaga and Prince, a short film for BFI/Film London and feature films for both VICE and the BBC.
