Allie Avital is a New York-born and raised director. In 2018 she was nominated for the UK Music Video Award and Camerimage for Moses Sumney “Quarrel”.  She has directed videos for Moses Sumney, Serpentwithfeet, Chromeo ft. French Montana and Stefflon Don, Dillon Francis, Nao, Rachel Platten, Chairlift, Hundred Waters, and many more. Her work has been been Staff Picked numerous times, featured in the New York Times, NPR, Nowness, Buzzfeed, PromoNews, “best of” lists, and has screened at SXSW Competition, Sundance NEXT 2017, BAM Cinemas, IFC, BUG, and international film festivals. She currently splits her time between New York and Los Angeles. Allie is in early development for her debut feature film, which she will develop as part of the Venice Biennale Cinema College program.
